The Association of American Publishers’ School Division is the national voice of the U.S. preK-12 school publishing industry. Each year the AAP School Division protects state and federal funding for instructional materials and consistently achieves significant increases in funding. AAP’s recent legislative successes in Florida, California, Texas, New York, and many other states create new opportunities for large and small publishers alike. No other organization works to support the school publishing industry in this way.

The School Division engages in critically important issues impacting educational publishers. These issues range from legislation and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, to developments in the industry itself. For more information, please visit the following Viewpoints sections.
